Konkurs na wykonawcę projekcie Opus 26
OPUS 26 Konstrukty PROTAC zdolne do eliminacji nadmiaru białek amyloidogennych: ludzkiego polipeptydu amyloidu wysepek trzustkowych (hIAPP) i ludzkiego osoczowego amyloidu A (hSAA)
Wymagania:
Do konkursu może przystąpić osoba, która spełnia następujące kryteria kwalifikacyjne:
- posiada stopień magistra w dyscyplinie Chemia
- chce poszerzać swoją wiedzę i zdobywać nowe umiejętności
- posiada przynajmniej podstawową wiedzę w zakresie:
- syntezy organicznej, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem syntezy peptydów
- wysokosprawnej chromatografii cieczowej
- spektrometrii mas
- zna język angielski co najmniej na poziomie komunikatywnym
Dodatkowym atutem będzie posiadanie przez kandydata praktycznych umiejętności, obejmujących syntezę organiczną w roztworze, syntezę na nośniku stałym, obsługę wysokosprawnych chromatografów cieczowych, a także technik służących do badania oddziaływań białko-ligand.
W ramach projektu wykonawca będzie zobowiązany do:
- syntezy i oczyszczania peptydów, peptydomimetyków oraz niewielkich cząsteczek organicznych pełniących rolę elementów rozpoznających proteasom 20S w degraderach HyT (HyT-D)
- badania stabilności zsyntezowanych HyT-D w osoczu
- badania powinowactwa zsyntezowanych HyT-D do ludzkiego osoczowego białka amyloidu A (hSAA) i ludzkiego polipeptydu amyloidowego wysp trzustkowych (hIAPP)
- badania wpływu HyT-D na degradację docelowych białek (hSAA i hIAPP) przez proteasom 20S
Warunki zatrudnienia:
Wynagrodzenie w ramach umowy cywilnoprawnej, wypłacane przez okres 2 lat, w wysokości 2000 zł miesięcznie (brutto).
Dodatkowe informacje:
Kandydaci przystępujący do konkursu winni złożyć elektronicznie na adres elzbieta.jankowska@ug.edu.pl (w tytule maila proszę wpisać ‘wykonawca Opus 26’) następujące dokumenty w formie plików pdf:
